  One of the managers reached out to us and promoted the centre, by making many promises to support my childs learning and development as well as to support our overall wellbeing. I showed interest in the centre nursery because I thought I could trust them after receiving good care from their midwives during my pregnancy. I registered my child at the nursery which was known as the "term time only" section (children whos parent/carers did not work or worked term time only). The first couple of weeks went well with my childs key worker. However the "sample experience" was short lived as the key worker changed to go work at the "non-term time" section of the building (those children whos parents worked full time). The new assigned key worker seemed "aloof" from the start... It took her a few weeks to even introduce herself to us, and that was only after I approached her. I was continuously made to feel unwelcome by a different key worker, who displayed unprofessional attitude and behaviour towards me and my child. My worries and concerns regarding being mistreated by that particular member of staff was disregarded as "insignificant" ! My child and I feel let down and disappointed :( The promises made by the manager was not consistent to the quality of care we received. "MY CHILD DESERVES BETTER"
