- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Do NOT use this company! When they didnt turn up on time I called and they told me they would be an hour and a half late. Half way through the move they said we had more items than they were expecting and they would have charged more if they had known, and then they asked us to help them unload the van! My partner and I had sporting injuries which is why we hired them, and we ended up hurting ourselves by doing a lot of lifting for them. I had called the week before to clarify what items we had and asked what would happen if I had underestimated and they said it was no issue, it would be the same price. They were unprofessional and knocked a few things about, and they wouldnt give us a receipt. When I emailed after to complain they didnt reply. I wish I had noticed the lack of reviews online.
