- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called their sales dept to check lead time for delivery of a cabin that I was going to order as it was 9 weeks until I had a weeks holiday booked and wanted to build it then. I was told that lead time was about 6 weeks so no problem and I went ahead and ordered the same day. I have just received their planned delivery date and it is 10 weeks after ordering. When I called them to query this I was told "we dont guarantee delivery dates" and as the shed was "in production", if I cancelled the order they would charge 25% which in this case is over £500. I am now scrambling around trying to change my holiday from work and re-arrange school holiday childcare to fit in with their late delivery. Only order from Tiger Sheds if you dont care when your order will actually turn up!By Admin, January 21, 2020
